It’s the cusp of the end of the ski season and the beginning of riding bikes, however the snow is stubbornly holding on and is providing some epic corn harvest skiing. And with the daylight hanging round a bit longer is proving some good days on the snow even if you start at 5pm. With a fair few jobs having to be done at the house in Castle Hill, we didn’t get out until a 4.30 pm start for a little evening of skiing, but skied through til after 7.
